About
A small Pilates studio on Edenmore Avenue
SÁORLA is built for people who want to feel steady in their own body again. Reformer classes, kept small, in a room built with connection.

What a class at SÁORLA feels like?
From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel welcome, comfortable and completely at ease.
Step inside, leave your shoes at the door and slip into your grip socks. Your instructor will welcome you, check in with how you’re feeling and make sure your Reformer is set up especially for you before the class begins.
From there, enjoy 45–55 minutes of intentional, low-impact movement designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and feel more connected to your body. We focus on breath first, then alignment, then movement and resistance — giving you the time to understand each exercise and move with confidence.
There’s no rushing, no competing and no pressure to keep up with anyone else. Everybody moves differently, and we encourage you to work at the pace that feels right for you.
Expect thoughtful guidance, controlled movement and plenty of encouragement along the way.
SÁORLA is a space for you to move, breathe, strengthen and simply enjoy being in your body.
Come as you are. Move at your pace. Leave feeling stronger. 🤎
The equipment
Reformers with adjustable spring loads, plus mats, bands, soft balls and blocks for mat work. Everything is set to your body at the start of class.
Come in ten minutes early and we will show you around before class.
